At St. Paul and St. Pauline’s Secondary School – Gayaza, Masaka, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow in character, and embrace our values of integrity, faith, and excellence. Our admissions process is simple, transparent, and open to all learners seeking both academic and moral growth.

The Application Process

Start Online Submission

Go to the Admissions → Apply Now section.
Fill in your personal details, academic background, and desired level of study (O-Level or A-Level)..

Upload Required Documents

Prepare and upload clear copies of the following:

  • Recent report card or UNEB results slip

  • Birth certificate

  • Two passport-size photographs

  • Recommendation letter (if available)

Review The Submission

Review your details carefully before submitting. You will receive a confirmation email or message once your form is received.

Interview or Entry Test

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview or entry test to help us understand their strengths and interests.

Receive Admission Letter

Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter with details about reporting dates, school fees, and requirements.

Offline Application Option

You may also collect a physical application form from the school office in Gayaza Masaka, located 2 km along Bukoba Road.
Return the completed form with all required documents to the Admissions Office during working hours.

  • Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
  • Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.
  • Nonrefundable 30,000ugx application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.
